Pulled gw3efy8igf9m2a9qah7m4qu9xhhgtajighgf from the store after a recommendation thread pointed to it specifically. The app ignores Do Not Disturb mode and sends banners when it should be silent. I will keep the app while the offline path stays honest.

My overall impression of gw3efy8igf9m2a9qah7m4qu9xhhgtajighgf after ninety days: more good than bad, clearly still improving. Cold boot from a fully closed state takes close to nine seconds on my current phone. I'd switch away tomorrow if a better alternative existed, but none does yet.
