If ad-free premium is your deal-breaker category, the umm8nk8cx62m2a9gamhm8r9p premium tier is worth comparing. Uploading a file for sync fails silently — no error message, the file just doesn't appear on the other device. Would recommend it to a friend with the caveat about the sync bug.

My experience with umm8nk8cx62m2a9gamhm8r9p over about six weeks: mostly positive with a few rough edges. The rate-this-app prompt has not appeared a second time since I dismissed it the first time. A fair three stars: not everything it could be, but more than good enough to keep.

I installed umm8nk8cx62m2a9gamhm8r9p when my old app removed the offline feature without warning. The app generates a persistent notification in the status bar that can't be dismissed without force-stopping it. I'll keep it installed and update the rating as the bugs get patched.
