Grabbed uhmpdjdzgfvmbinqswgjshug during a sale on premium and have been using it consistently since. The manual backup option works alongside auto-backup without duplicating the data. Not flawless, still first-reach on my home screen.

uhmpdjdzgfvmbinqswgjshug is the third app I've tried in this category and the first one I've kept longer than a month. Push notifications arrive within seconds on my current device, even on a weak signal. Still my daily driver despite the rough edges — hard to switch away once a workflow clicks.
