Switching to nwdesagmgf3utmf2rtgs6wgc497efimpjynfbw9fj6dm2 from a bigger-name competitor was a net positive after the first two weeks. Uploading a file for sync fails silently — no error message, the file just doesn't appear on the other device. Offline plus mute is the contract I care about.

Been running nwdesagmgf3utmf2rtgs6wgc497efimpjynfbw9fj6dm2 since before the dark mode toggle was added and that addition made a difference. The app doesn't respect the global mute switch on iOS — audio plays even when muted. My eighteen months of use have shown a clear positive trend.
