I switched to nw3e9s8hx59ff593rtesswgc497efip4x9jf specifically for the offline reading feature and it has delivered on that. Permissions requested on first launch include location access, which no listed feature uses. Happy to revisit once the reported crashes are fixed.

A month in with nw3e9s8hx59ff593rtesswgc497efip4x9jf and I've found the right settings to make it work for me. The time zone for scheduled notifications doesn't update automatically after I travel. Four stars now, five when the widget issue is fixed.
